Yet another new release for the guys over at Lenovo, this time it is a fourteen inch display model, with plenty of choices and scope for upgrades.This is what you can expect to see on the E420 laptop, a 14 inch display, Intel Core i7 2620M, i5 2410M, or i3 2310M processor, a choice of an Intel HD integrated graphics or a 2GB AMD Radeon HD 6630M dedicated video card, 8GB of DDR3 memory, a choice of a 320GB HDD or a 128GB solid state drive, there is even a hybrid storage unit of a 320GB HDD and a 80GB SSD.
Other features include a slot loading DVD burner, a sensitive HD web camera, the Dolby Home Theater speaker system, with Wi-Fi, Ethernet LAN, HDMI 1.4, VGA video outputs, there are two USB 2.0 ports, an eSATA/USB 2.0 combo port, a 4 in 1 media card reader, a fingerprint sensor and the battery is supposed to provide user with up to seven hours of operation time.
The Lenovo ThinkPad Edge E420s will be priced from $699 upwards.
